2025 Sale Results

The 36th Annual Rosedale Charolais Bull Sale, was held on the 15th of May, 2025. The sale was located at Rosedale Farm, in Blayney, NSW.

The 2025 annual sale saw a record in on-property sales, due to the confident buyers who attended and the quality of the bulls on offer provided by Rosedale.

There were many online buyers from AuctionsPlus who attended, however there was a large turnout of in-person buyers, majority being from New South Wales & Queensland. Buyers as far as Victoria and Tasmania also travelled for the sale, as well as a large number of local buyers, including new and repeat customers.

The bulls on offer included a number of Charolais Bulls, Charolais x Angus Composites, Charolais x Shorthorns Composites, and a number of Charolais heifers, which all sold well.

The sale was assisted by selling agents Elders and Bowyer and Livermore, while the auction was assisted by Paul Dooley and Nick Fogarty.

Last year’s sale saw 50 of 53 Charolais bulls sell for a top of $40,000. This was Lot 12, Rosedale Ultimate Fighter U79E, purchased by Ascot Cattle. There was an average price of $10,102. Composite bulls averaged $8,092 and heifers averaged $4,333.
